DW-S1 Bimetallic Screw for Plastic with Less 30% Reinforced Additives
Â
PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) automatic alloy spaying is a newly applied technology, especially for precise requirement of screws. Comparing to traditional manual alloy spraying, PTA has better performance with the stability and outlook of screws.
Â
PTA bimetallic double-alloy screw barrel is a kind of auxiliary equipment for plastic processing machinery. It is used to extrude or inject plastic materials. Compared with ordinary screw barrels, double-alloy screw barrels have better wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance, which greatly improve the lifespan and production efficiency of plastic processing machinery.
Â
PTA bimetallic double-alloy screw barrel is composed of two parts: the inner core and the outer jacket. The inner core is made of high-performance alloy steel, which can resist high-temperature and high-pressure environments and maintain long-term wear resistance. The outer jacket is made of special alloy materials, making it more resistant to corrosion and chemical erosion.
